Z Hotels has lined up a loan from OakNorth Bank and Ask Partners to buy and refurbish an empty office block in the West End.
The site is located on Charing Cross Road, WC2. If planning proceeds, the £23m loan will be used to convert the location into Z Hotels’ 15th site. It would provide between 81 and 95 bedrooms.
