YardNine has appointed Mark Younger to its board, recreating the team that delivered over 4m sq ft of development at Exemplar.
YardNine was founded by Maxwell Shand and Campbell MacDougall in December 2017 and has since taken on two large London developments: 80 Fenchurch Street, EC3, and 40 and 50 Eastbourne Terrace, W2.
Younger was a director at Exemplar and led on a projects across London including Fitzroy Place, W1; 5 and 6 St James’s Square, SW1; Drapers Gardens, EC2; and The Avenue, W1.
Prior to Exemplar, he was a director at British Land.
He said: “After a short break from the industry, I am excited to be working again alongside Maxwell and Campbell, whose expertise I respect hugely. The success of the projects we have previously completed together speaks for itself and our combined track record puts YardNine in an enviable position in the sector”.
