X1 puts 208-home Manchester scheme on the market

X1 Developments has instructed Alesco Property to bring its £65m residential scheme in Greater Manchester to market. The move follows planning approval being granted last year for 208 homes in two buildings of eight and 13 storeys. The development sits within the wider £1bn TraffordCity masterplan, led by Peel Waters. Once complete, TraffordCity will comprise three interconnected neighbourhoods – Trafford Centre, Trafford Waters and Trafford Quay Leisure Village – creating a mixed-use community. Nick Sweeney, chief executive at X1 Developments, said: “X1 Trafford Waters will be instrumental in delivering the future for Trafford City, marking a step forward in creating a vibrant and dynamic community.”
