Women on board as target reached three years early

Women occupy two out of five board seats at FTSE 350 companies, reaching the target three years early.

The annual FTSE Women Leaders Review found 40.2% of directors at the UK’s largest listed companies were women last year, surpassing the voluntary threshold set for 2025.

The proportion has risen from just 9.5% 11 years ago.
