Wingstop chooses Landsec’s Liverpool ONE for city debut
Wingstop has secured space at Landsec-owned Liverpool ONE shopping centre, the chain’s first outlet in the city and Landsec’s first 2025 F&B opening.
The chicken wing chain will occupy a 3,000 sq ft restaurant on a 15-year lease.
The launch is part of Wingstop’s UK expansion plans, with 2025 set to be its biggest rollout of new sites yet, with 16 new sites confirmed so far.

The deal follows clothing brand Arne signing for its first UK bricks-and-mortar store at Liverpool ONE last month. The store is expected to open in July this year.
Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool ONE – Landsec, said: “Wingstop’s city debut is the first F&B opening of the year, and what a great note to kick off with. Given the brand’s growing reputation as one to watch, we have no doubt that this key Liverpool ONE location will thrive among our consistently best-in-class mix of brand firsts and city debuts.”
Chris Sherriff, chief executive at Wingstop UK, said: “Located alongside a mix of leading F&B operators, retailers and leisure venues, Liverpool ONE is the perfect place for us to make our debut in the city.”
