Sam Jones, asset manager for offices at M&G Real Estate, said: “2 Minster Court is one of London’s landmark office buildings and has been improved greatly in recent years following reception remodelling work, office floor refurbishments, the installation of new roof terraces and active asset management, which has led to a 22% reduction in energy costs over the past five years.”
CBRE advised M&G on the deal.
