Situated on the corner of the 2.25-acre Tower 42 Estate, the building will comprise six upper floors above eight shops. Marks & Spencer has signed for 6,000 sq ft on the ground and first floors. All the other shops are also under offer.
The Tower 42 Estate is owned freehold by the Tower Limited Partnership, which was bought by Kirsh Group in 2012.
The estate, which is fully let to more than 60 tenants, comprises six buildings totalling 500,000 sq ft, including the iconic Tower 42, formerly the NatWest Tower.
CBRE and Ingleby Trice advised Kirsh Group; WeWork was unrepresented.
