Westbury Mayfair Hotel to be given £90m St Regis revamp
Cola Holdings and The Westbury Hotel Ltd are set to relaunch the Westbury Mayfair Hotel at 37 Conduit Street, W1, with Marriott International’s luxury St Regis brand, with a £90m redevelopment forming part of the deal.
The St Regis London hotel, which will be the first to operate under the brand in the UK, is expected to open next year.
As part of the management agreement, the hotel will add an eighth floor, an extension to the rear and enhancements to the facade and public areas of the building. On completion of the works, it will provide 196 rooms and suites.

Plans also include a restaurant, speakeasy jazz bar, fitness centre and spa. It will retain the Polo Bar.
Rob Stapleton, head of UK hotel capital markets at Savills, which advised the owners on the deal, said: “The substantial extension and repositioning of the hotel will create an unrivalled landmark hotel in one of London’s most exclusive locations.”
