Wembley hotel extension and resi redevelopment approved
Brent Council has approved developer Hycgan’s plans for a mixed-use hotel and residential scheme in Wembley Park, west London.
The approved plans include the demolition of an unused government office building at 3 Olympic Way to provide 178 homes.
The scheme will consist of two towers of 10 and 26 storeys.

The approved plans include the demolition of an unused government office building at 3 Olympic Way to provide 178 homes.
The scheme will consist of two towers of 10 and 26 storeys.
The Novotel hotel (pictured) at 5 Olympic Way, will be extended, providing 95 additional bedrooms to the existing 260-bedroom hotel, with other enhancements including a swimming pool, leisure facilities and a new roof terrace.
The approved plans also include 16,000 sq ft of shops and 315 cycle parking spaces.
The site is located within the GLA-established Wembley Opportunity Area.
