Welput has submitted plans for a major office and retail scheme overlooking the Regent’s Canal, close to King’s Cross, N1.

The scheme, designed by architect Hawkins Brown, will provide 125,000 sq ft of offices and 13,000 sq ft of retail/restaurant space in buildings of up to seven storeys.

Welput acquired the building from TIAA Henderson in December 2014 for £49.7m. DP9 is the planning consultant.
