Brandon Weber is to step back from property software company VTS nearly two years after he merged his startup proptech firm Hightower with the company.
He will continue to sit on VTS’s board and work as a senior adviser to chief executive Nick Romito on a part-time basis, but will no longer work as its chief product officer.
Weber told The Real Deal that although he found his role as chief product officer “interesting,” ultimately it wasn’t his ideal position and he now plans to spend time traveling before making a decision about his professional future.
