Wealth manager agrees Glasgow leasing deal
Wealth management and professional services group Evelyn Partners has signed for 30,000 sq ft at HFD Group’s flagship 177 Bothwell Street office development in Glasgow.
The group, which was created from the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson, will relocate 350 staff from its existing two locations in Glasgow to one office. It will be the group’s largest base in the UK outside of its London headquarters.
The latest deal follows HFD Group’s announcement in April that it would relocate its own headquarters to the top floor of 177 Bothwell Street. The development’s occupiers include Virgin Money, BNP Paribas, AECOM, CBRE, and Transport Scotland, while HFD’s technology business DataVita will also operate from the building.
