Wates has named Phillippa Prongué as executive managing director of its residential business, overseeing a pipeline of 10,000 homes.
Prongué will take up the position in the new year, taking over from Helen Bunch who is retiring after 19 years at the company.
Prongué joins from Bouygues UK, where she was managing director for London and the South East. At Bouygues she has been replaced by Oliver Campbell, who has been promoted after a number of years building the company’s build-to-rent and student accommodation divisions.
