Wanda One has confirmed Multiplex as the contractor for its One Nine Elms tower scheme in Vauxhall, SW8.
The UK subsidiary of Chinese real estate company Dalian Wanda Group intends to build 437 flats in two towers of 42 and 58 storeys.

Wanda One has confirmed Multiplex as the contractor for its One Nine Elms tower scheme in Vauxhall, SW8.
The UK subsidiary of Chinese real estate company Dalian Wanda Group intends to build 437 flats in two towers of 42 and 58 storeys.
It secured finance last July, with Ping An Bank providing an initial drawdown of £100m of debt as part of a £500m facility. The balance of the funding will come from other sources and Wanda.
