Wain Estates seeks developer for £50m West Midlands resi estate
Wain Estates has launched the hunt for a development partner who will bring forward a detailed scheme on the edge of the Shropshire village of Albrighton.
It comes as the land promoter was granted outline planning permission to build the new neighbourhood.
The £51m scheme will create 150 150 homes, 30 of which will be available through a registered affordable housing provider.

Ryan James, land director at Wain Estates, said: “The Shropshire Local Plan sets a high standard for design quality, and we have responded by incorporating green corridors for walking and cycling, as well as retaining two existing ponds to promote biodiversity.
