Vodafone has extended the lease for its global headquarters at Paddington Central by another five years.
The telecoms provider has already been at CC Land’s 265,000 sq ft One Kingdom Street, W2, for 15 years, taking 37,000 sq ft at £57.88 per sq ft. It was one of the first occupiers to move to the Paddington regeneration zone curated by British Land and GIC.
Adam Goldin, head of UK for the Hong Kong-headquartered CC Land, said: “This letting further enhances the resilience of our portfolio, custodianship of assets, and demonstrates the strength of our strategy of buying high-quality assets in prime locations and securing long leases with high-calibre customers.”
