Specialist wine bar Vinoteca has signed for a 2,228 sq ft bar and restaurant at 1 Pancras Square, King’s Cross, N1.
It will take a ground-floor unit at the property on a 20-year lease.
Richard Poyser of Argent, the asset manager for King’s Cross Central Partnership, said: “We are really excited to be welcoming Vinoteca to One Pancras Square. It will add another layer to the existing mix of innovative and exciting food experiences at King’s Cross.”
