The deal also marks VervLife’s debut single-family housing development under management.
The development, in Gamesley, Derbyshire, will deliver 156 homes with mixed tenure, including BTR, open-market sale and affordable housing.
The residential mix consists of flats and two- to five-bedroom houses.
The Ecotek and Gresham House joint venture seeks to deliver more than 1,000 homes per year into the UK housing market.
Stephen Haigh, chief executive of Ecotek Homes said: “The Crowberries is our collection of consciously designed, energy efficient homes in an attractive part of the North West. Sustainability is front and centre of our approach at Ecotek Homes, that’s why we’re building our homes with EV charging points and a host of greener features. Importantly, the Crowberries will be a mixed-tenure community where renters, owners and shared-owners will live side-by-side.”
Katherine Rose, managing director, VervLife added: “We have already seen strong demand from both buyers and renters during our pre-launch phase, and it has been enjoyable consulting on the masterplan, specification, brand and interiors alongside such a progressive developer. Both renters and buyers will receive a first-class living experience in their stylish new homes”.
