The firm will occupy a 14,013 sq ft office on a 10-year lease as it eyes opportunities to access talent in the city and add operational capacity for its European business.
Vanguard joins existing tenants across the 180,000 sq ft building, including Santander, Xero, RSM, HSBC, Allianz, Grant Thornton, JLL and social enterprise Change Please.
Ian Mayhew, managing director of UK asset management at Barings, said: “We have worked hard putting all the building blocks in place to provide an exceptional workspace and building experience. This is being recognised by occupiers and we are continually evolving our offer to ensure that we are leading from the front.”
There are three vacant floors remaining at Landmark. The leasing agents on Landmark are CBRE and JLL. Santander UK was advised by Colliers.
