URW names new COO as it integrates Northern European operations

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced plans to integrate its operations in the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden into an expanded Northern Europe region team, reinforcing its position in Europe and the US market. Vincent Jean-Pierre has been appointed chief operating officer for URW’s Northern Europe region and will be based in the company’s London office. He will be supported by a regional management team located across London, Amsterdam and Stockholm. Jean-Pierre, who has been with URW for two decades and previously led the group’s offices and mixed-use development division, will work alongside an experienced leadership team. His appointment follows the decision of former UK chief operating officer Scott Parsons to step down at the end of March 2025. The Northern Europe region includes several of URW’s top-performing shopping centres, such as Westfield London and Stratford City, Westfield Mall of the Netherlands and Westfield Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm. The region also includes key development opportunities, including Coppermaker Square and Croydon in London, as well as Amstelveen in the Netherlands.
