Urban Logistics REIT’s EPRA net asset value increased by 12.4% to 145p per share in the six months to 30 September.
The portfolio saw a like-for-like valuation hike of 3.8% to £195m.
It said asset management initiatives drove EPRA earnings up by 30.9% to £34m.
The REIT reported net rental income of £5.8m, up by 31.3% from £4.4m last year.
It said it had averaged 38% income growth on rent reviews and had raised £18.4m through disposals, 5% ahead of book values.
Chairman Nigel Rich said: “The strong results reflect our specialist focus, which is underpinned by a shift in retailing to e-commerce. We maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline which we expect to fund through equity raising and bank debt when we have the opportunity to do so.”
