United Medical expands Harley Street presence

Harley Street Medical Centre, part of the international United Medical Group, has increased its presence in London’s Harley Street. The firm has leased  7,940 sq ft at 17 Harley Street from The Howard de Walden Estate. It has agreed a 20-year lease and will relocate from 27 Harley Street to the grade II listed building once fit-out works are complete in early 2020. The site is based in the Harley Street Medical Area, which has more than 5,000 medical specialists working across 250 clinics. Its annual turnover as a business district exceeds £1bn.
