Uniqlo threads together deal for Liverpool debut
Grosvenor has signed clothing retailer Uniqlo at Liverpool One, the chain’s first shop in the city.
The retailer has taken 25,000 sq ft for 10 years and is set to open early next year alongside Paradise Street’s line-up of flagship stores, including Boss, JD Sports and Goldsmiths.
Uniqlo’s Paradise Street location will comprise a double-height shop. The signing follows a recent deal by Sephora to take 7,500 sq ft at the entrance to South John Street and TFG London to take 12,000 sq ft, also on South John Street, for its largest-ever multi-brand flagship store.
