Unilever has told staff that they should continue to work from home, as long as they can get to the office with 24 hours’ notice.
The company employs 6,000 people in the UK, although many of those moved further afield during the pandemic.
It is almost as firm a commitment to flexible working as Spotify, which has said that staff can work from wherever they like.
