Aberdeen Standard Investments’ UK Commercial Property REIT has fully let its Ventura Park industrial estate, it said today, after signing five new leases for 230,000 sq ft of space.
The new leases, which include existing and new occupiers across both office and warehouse space, are worth around £2.5m in rent per year at the Hertfordshire site.
Will Fulton, lead manager of UKCM at Aberdeen Standard Investments, said: “These latest leases at Radlett are a very encouraging translation of the short supply of edge-of-London industrial space into leases and rent, fully letting the asset and reducing the company’s total portfolio void by over a third to 4.1%.”
