U+I submits plans for £770m Greenwich scheme

U+I has lodged plans for a £770m mixed-use scheme on the Greenwich Peninsula, SE10. Morden Wharf will provide circa 1,500 homes and six acres of public realm. It could also include a new boathouse for the Queen’s royal rowbarge, Gloriana. The scheme is expected to complete in 2022, and the development and trading profits are expected to be £15m-£20m during the life of the project.
