The rents were not disclosed, but Tishman said they were “in line with market-leading levels”.
The Point is also home to IQVIA, PA Media, Addison Lee, Dun & Bradstreet and FirstGroup.
Tishman Speyer bought the Point from Welput in 2014, for £210m.
Designed by Sir Terry Farrell and completed in 2003, the building was inspired by a ship’s prow and follows the curvature of the adjacent Grand Union Canal.
The fifth floor, which has been newly refurbished, remains available.
Enis Aryas, managing director and regional director for Tishman Speyer’s UK business, said: “These partnerships are a testament to the community we have created and improvements we have made that result in the Point being one of London’s premium work and play environments.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Avison Young acted as joint agents on the building.
