Two REITs will become the latest members of the FTSE 250 following its latest quarterly review.
Supermarket Income and Target Healthcare will join the list on 20 June.
Supermarket Income owns 67 supermarkets – 41 directly owned and 26 in a joint venture with British Airways Pensions – in a portfolio valued at £1.4bn. It first entered into the main market of the London Stock Exchange’s special fund segment in July 2017, when the business was valued at £100m.
