Two new tenants splash out at Blue Fin
Oxford Properties has added two new occupiers to its Blue Fin Building, SE1.
The deals mean the 500,000 sq ft office block is now 96% occupied. CoStar Group will take 52,000 sq ft across two floors of the building, consolidating its employees into one space.
M7 Real Estate will move into 7,600 sq ft previously occupied by GfK, which had opted to “right-size”, while letting the rest of the space to M7 Real Estate.
