Triple Point Social Housing REIT has acquired 84 social homes in a £12.8m spree of housing, land purchases and forward funding.
The portfolio is spread across the North West (39 homes), West Midlands (28), the South East (8 units), the East Midlands (5) and the South (5).
It has acquired 10 supported housing properties, acquired the land and agreed to forward-fund another scheme and exchanged contracts on a third scheme.
The standing assets have been leased to specialist housing associations including Chrysalis Supported Housing, Hilldale Housing Association and Inclusion Housing.
The group will lease the exchanged and forward-funded assets to Inclusion Housing and Falcon Housing Association for a minimum of 20 years, with the option to extend.
