Triple Point buys supported housing portfolio

Triple Point Social Housing REIT has bought 24 supported housing properties for £24m.

The properties comprise 143 flats and are based in the North East (20 flats), the East Midlands (62 flats), the West Midlands (8 flats), the South East (9 flats), the South West (18 flats) and the South (26 flats).

The firm has entered into new leases of at least 20 years on the properties, with the option to extend to 25 years, with specialist housing associations Auckland Home Solutions, 28 A Supported Living and Falcon Housing Association.
