Trio of tenants move into Newcastle business park
Three businesses have relocated to Newcastle’s Cobalt business park, taking a combined 53,000 sq ft of space.
Office management services provider Citibase will occupy the entirety of Cobalt 3.1, which equates to 40,000 sq ft of workspace.
Homebuilder Miller Homes has signed a lease on 10,000 sq ft of office, on the top floor of Cobalt 3.2. The firm is currently refurbishing the space.

Recruitment company Reach Velocity will be moving into a 3,000 sq ft workspace at Cobalt Central, as the firm switches to a four-day working week and Pacific time hours to align with their Texas headquarters.
