These deals take the occupancy of the business park, which spans 126,958 sq ft across 32 new-built facilities, to 90%. The available spaces, starting from 821 sq ft, benefit from dedicated parking, electric roller doors, customer entrances and LED lighting.
Tim Knowles, founder and managing director at FI, said: “Located in the heart of Cheshire, close to both the M56 and M6, we’ve created a site suited to a wide range of ambitious occupiers and it’s great to see the park coming to life now with a range of brands trading from these spaces.
“Core to our offer is our ability to work with businesses to create flexible spaces to support their growth journeys, offering the opportunity for unit customisation depending on business needs, with the help of our dedicated team at FI Developments.”
