Trio of new lettings signed at Manchester’s Union building

Bruntwood has signed three new tenants at its Union building in Manchester city centre. NMU, Glenbrook and Jon Matthews have collectively taken more than 13,400 sq ft of flexible workspace across three floors, with Bruntwood also expanding its headquarters on the third floor, taking an additional 10,420 sq ft. The trio join the existing tenant community at Union, which comprises artisan coffee shop Ditto, communications agency Citypress, business consultancy BJSS and treasury software provider Planixs.
