Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood have lodged detailed plans for 160,000 sq ft of industrial space at Crow Lane, Northampton.
The two-unit speculative scheme, called Gateway 45, will be located to the east of the town centre next to the A45.
The units of 90,014 sq ft and 57,834 sq ft will be developed as a single phase and available to lease in 2022.
