Griffin Walker has taken office space in 25 Bedford Square, WC1.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease for 3,745 sq ft, and is understood to be paying £65 per sq ft, the highest rent agreed so far for space in the Bedford Estates.
The letting was agreed just five weeks after the newly refurbished property was launched.
