TOG launches new space in Canary Wharf

The Office Group has opened its first flexible workspace in Canary Wharf. Located on the 7th, 8th and 9th floors within 50-storey One Canada Square tower, it spans 80,000 sq ft. The space, TOG’s 39th now open in the UK, will provide flexible offices to companies ranging from four to 1,000 employees, as well as meeting rooms, communal lounges, recharge areas, breakout spaces and phone booths. It also features a fitness studio operated by TOG’s inhouse partner Manor, a dedicated Peloton bike area, and a Maple & Co café. Charlie Green, co-founder and co-chief executive at TOG, said: “Canary Wharf is such an established market for traditional occupiers but massively under-served in terms of flexible space, so we’re excited about the opportunity here for our offices and meeting rooms.
