TOG and Fora to merge in flex fusion
Two of the UK’s best-known providers of flexible office space have agreed the terms of a merger.
The Office Group and Fora have struck a deal that they claim will create “the premier flexible workspace company in the UK and Europe”.
The deal is the latest example of a wave of consolidation long-expected to reshape the flexible and co-working sectors as the Covid-19 pandemic changes working practices. Last week, IWG and Instant Group announced their deal under which IWG will merge its digital assets and tech offering with Instant.

The enlarged company will be led by founders from both businesses, with Olly Olsen as executive chairman, Enrico Sanna as chief executive, Charlie Green as president and Katrina Larkin as chief ESG officer.
