TikTok picks Tropical Fruit Warehouse for Dublin base

TikTok has let the entire Tropical Fruit Warehouse in Dublin on a long-term lease from IPUT Real Estate. The Tropical Fruit Warehouse, developed by IPUT, is an 85,000 sq ft, six-storey river-front office building located in Dublin’s south docklands. The building has been delivered with the highest sustainability credentials in line with IPUT’s responsible investment strategy.
