TfL joint venture given green light for 350-home scheme
Transport for London and A2Dominion Group have been given approval for a 348-home affordable homes scheme located next to Hounslow West Tube station.
The 3.7-acre affordable development will provide new commercial space and improvements to the public realm and Tube station.
The new homes, delivered across four buildings, will be a mixture of one- to four-bedroom properties and will comprise both shared ownership and London Living Rent.

The scheme, designed by HKR architects, includes a public square, improved pedestrian routes, public transport interchange, a cycle storage facility and 10,225 sq ft of retail space.

Anjna Farmah, property development manager at Transport for London, said: “The development has been designed to preserve the appearance of the Grade II listed station, while providing improved customer access to platforms. There will also be a range of improvements for the local community, including commercial spaces, a new public square, as well as better pedestrian routes and improved cycle parking.”
