Terra Firma teams up to buy Richborough Estates
Terra Firma’s Principal Capital Group, supported by Partners Group and the Hands Family Office, has bought a majority stake in Richborough Estates.
Established in 2003, Richborough Estates works with landowners to supply development land with planning consents. The current management team (pictured), led by founder and chief executive Paul Campbell, will retain a minority stake and continue to operate the business.
The move comes as the company sought further opportunities to pursue growth, with the trio of investors expected to provide skills and resources as well as ensure the continued alignment of interests with landowners and agents.
