Terra Firma, the UK buyout group founded by Guy Hands, has become the latest suitor of serviced office group IWG as investors clamour to buy the WeWork rival.
The world’s largest serviced office provider confirmed receipt of an all-cash takeover proposal from Terra Firma over the weekend.
It is already considering proposals from Starwood and TDR, who have until this Friday to make firm offers under the UK takeover code.
