Telford Homes has exchanged contracts to buy Stone Studios in Hackney Wick, E9, a residential development opportunity with a GDV of more than £80m.
The 1.1 acre site has planning from the London Legacy Development Corporation for 110 homes and 10 affordable homes, alongside with 54,218 sq ft of commercial space, of which 32,540 sq ft will be let at discounted rents.
The scheme, designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards, is expected to complete in 2020.
