Telford Homes agrees jv with SGN for Rotherhithe BTR

Telford Homes has exchanged contracts to enter a joint venture with SGN for the acquisition and development of Rotherhithe Gas Works, SE16. The selection follows a competitive tender that launched last April. The partners will develop four residential buildings, with a mix of build-to-rent and affordable housing. Rotherhithe Gas Works has been identified with capacity to deliver at least 4,500 new homes and more than 2,000 jobs. Telford, SGN and architects GRID are conducting public consultation ahead of a planning application.
