Telereal Trillium rebrands and moves to London Wall
Telereal Trillium has rebranded as TT Group and moved to a new headquarters at 5 Aldermanbury Square, EC2.
TT Group has taken approximately 15,000 sq ft at Deka Immobilien’s City tower, occupying the entire 16th floor of the building.
The company’s former office at 140 London Wall, EC2, which sits on the Barbican Estate, is set to be demolished as part of the London Wall West redevelopment scheme.

In May, the Arch Company, which is jointly owned by TT Group and Blackstone, announced it was leaving 140 London Wall for a new HQ at Watling House, Cannon Street, EC4.
Chief executive Russell Gurnhill said: “Our relocation to 5 Aldermanbury Square has provided the opportune moment to fulfil our team’s long-held desire to refresh our brand in a way that maintains our strong heritage but reflects the group of businesses we are today.
“It will also enable us to benefit from bringing our whole team, and their combined capabilities, expertise and experience together on one floor as we seek to realise acquisition ambitions across several business areas.”
The group has an 85m sq ft portfolio valued at £9bn.
