Town Centre Securities has paid more than £9m for Empire House, 27-59 Sauchiehall Street and 127-131 West Nile Street, Glasgow.
The building comprises seven shops totalling 1,403 sq m (15,100 sq ft) and 2,880 sq m (31,000 sq ft) of offices. The initial yield is nearly 7.5%.
