Taylor Wimpey North West has lodged plans for 337 homes at Halsnead Garden Village, Whiston, Merseyside.
The Fox Wood Garden Village development comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom houses on the 40-acre site.
The wider Halsnead Garden Village is one of 14 sites of its kind in the UK. It will deliver 1,600 homes as part of a sustainable urban extension.
