Task gets nod to roll out £30m HQ in Wolverhampton

Task Consumer Products’ plans to expand its operations at Citygate Park in Wolverhampton have been given the green light.

The project, which has a gross development value of £30m, spans 210,000 sq ft. The 18-acre site currently comprises two warehouses, one of which is occupied by Task. The other, formerly used by manufacturer Fablink is vacant.

Property developer Stoford will demolish the existing vacant facility, increase Task’s headquarters by 83,500 sq ft and deliver a new 125,000 sq ft industrial and distribution building.
