Target Healthcare appoints three members to team
Target Healthcare REIT’s external manager has appointed three members to its team as the care home investment firm continues to grow.
Target Fund Managers has appointed Maria Gaurino as healthcare director, Mark Langford as finance manager and Emma Fernandes as senior marketing manager.
Gaurino, who has more than 18 years’ experience in care home management and consultancy, will be responsible for healthcare property analysis and reporting.

Langford, a former finance manager at Clydesdale Bank, will work with finance director Gordon Bland on a range of duties, including financial planning and analysis, management accounting and financial reporting.
Target Fund Managers chief executive Kenneth MacKenzie said: “Maria, Mark and Emma are all highly qualified and bring with them a wealth of experience in their respective fields.
“We look forward to them supporting us in building on a successful 2018, during which THRL has grown its portfolio of homes from 50 to 58.”
