Airbags International, part of the Swedish Autoliv Group, is to be the first occupier at Allsabrook Developments’ Congleton Business Park in Cheshire.
The Swedish company will occupy an 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft) factory on a 4.98ha (12.3 acre) site. Allsabrook has undertaken to build the first phase, which totals 6,131 sq m (66,000 sq ft). Airbags International plans to be in occupation by the autumn, when it will buy the building’s freehold.
